By accessing or using the services of Jelbaskitv, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only after receipt of a confirmation number and a valid credit card guarantee or deposit as required.

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit
• Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival: No refund

Special event periods, group bookings, and certain promotional rates may have different cancellation policies.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be canceled, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

As part of our commitment to providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, we expect our guests to:

• Respect the property, staff, and other guests
• Adhere to our sustainability policies
• Observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Use amenities and facilities as intended
• Follow all posted safety instructions

Jelbaskitv reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is incapable of caring for themselves or their actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jelbaskitv shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Jelbaskitv is not responsible for the loss or damage of any guest property.

Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Smoking Policy

Jelbaskitv is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, or the use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted in any guest rooms or public areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to guests who violate this policy.

Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved pets in designated pet-friendly rooms, subject to a non-refundable pet fee. Service animals are exempt from this fee. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to our website and services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistributing, use, or publication of any such matters or any part of the website or services is prohibited without our express permission.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through:

1. Informal negotiation: We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution.
2. Mediation: If informal negotiation is unsuccessful, either party may initiate mediation by providing written notice to the other party.
3. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.
